The body of the two years old toddler who was dragged into the lagoon, after an alligator attack on Tuesday night has been found by divers. The body of the young boy named Lane Graves was found intact, just about 15 yards from the seashore. Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings told reporters that, the body was recovered around 2pm on Thursday, and thereafter taken to the Orange County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.

The little boy had traveled with his family from Nebraska on vacation Florida Disney world, when the tragedy occurred on Tuesday night. All the nine beaches in Disney World Resort were subsequently closed after the attack; the alligator that attacked the toddler is believed to be 5-7 feet long, which contravenes the resort normal practice of removing alligators from the lagoon whenever they reach 4-foot. According to Nick Wiley, the Executive Director of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, five alligators were removed from the lagoon on Thursday and euthanized. Probably one of them killed Lane Graves, teeth marks of the captured alligators would be analyzed to determine this.
