They had this to say... Those who defend tyranny will one day become the greatest victims of it. History has many examples of this. https://twitter.com/PdpNigeria?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor 37 Likes 1 Share

We love him even more. If it takes a tyrant to make treasury looters and corrupt politicians vomit part of their stolen wealth, so be it. Beside the noisy lie that PMB disobeys court orders, no any cogent evidence supporting the claim. Fayose, just as other governors, have immunity against prosecution. EFCC also has legal right to freeze any suspected account irrespective of who the owner is. In this case, EFCC says it has very credible evidence that Fayose received security money from ATM Dasuki and the thugnor never even denies it. Should he now be allowed to still enjoy the money despite enjoying immunity against prosecution? Mourning wailers and PDP can go and hang if they like. Imagine people pauperized by these thieves even supporting them! 463 Likes 48 Shares |

PDP has just said the plain truth as power doesn't last forever, those who fail to speak up against this tyranny, should not speak when it's their turn. 188 Likes 15 Shares |

I thought it was PDP that Photoshoped Hitler's picture with PMB, I for useless them finish now now **Modified** So they're actually guilty. A whole political party did this? Editing the President's picture in a Nazi's uniform? AND WE THINK THIS IS COOL?! PDP is finished already. Let them just get another name because that PDP won't fetch anything positive again 69 Likes 10 Shares |

You are freezing Fayose's account knowing you cannot bring him to court in any way and manner? To what end then? entire Sec 308 of the 1999 Constitution verbatim. The Section provides: (1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Constitution, but subject to subsection (2) of this section - (a) No civil or criminal proceedings shall be instituted or continued against a person to whom this section applies during his period of office; (b) A person to whom this section applies shall not be arrested or imprisoned during that period either in pursuance of the process of any court or otherwise; and (c) No process of any court requiring or compelling the appearance of a person to whom this section applies, shall be applied for or issued: Provided that in ascertaining whether any period of limitation has expired for the purposes of any proceedings against a person to whom this section applies, no account shall be taken of his period of office. (2) The provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall not apply to civil proceedings against a person to whom this section applies in his official capacity or to civil or criminal proceedings in which such a person is only a nominal party. (3) This section applies to a person holding the office of President or Vice-President, Governor or Deputy Governor; and the reference in this section to "period of office" is a reference to the period during which the person holding such office is required to perform the functions of the office. 75 Likes 7 Shares |

Has anyone noticed that those apc fans who were calling for GEJ's head because of some hours of blackout are all of a sudden very 'comfortable' with days of total uninterrupted blackout. Isn't that hypocrisy? The people who were enraged when the price of fuel was reduced from N97 to N87 by GEJ,stating that the reduction wasn't enough now comfortable with an increase to N145 even with the huge fall in the price of oil in the international market. I still want to know the juju that apc used to effect this kind of zombeism(inability to think independently and objectively). Tinubu will know more about that dept. 189 Likes 16 Shares |

knightsTempler:so tell me how freezing of an account used for lodgement of stolen funds amounts to institution of criminal proceedings. If fayose enjoy immunity, does his account also enjoy immunity? What is happening to education in Nigeria? Do you understand the section you quoted at all? 64 Likes 2 Shares |

By Olayemi Olowolafe Although there is no immunity against investigation conferred on any governor or the president for that matter. However, the seizure of properties, movable or immovable, in the course of investigation can only be by court orders, obtained by either ex parte or on notice application, depending on the circumstances of the case. The pertinent question now is, on which court order is Governor Fayose's bank account frozen by EFCC? 42 Likes 1 Share |

Yes we like it like dt. We need a tyrant to help the defenseless. Minimum Wage is 18,000 Naira per month. Some one is being investigated for allegedly collecting 1.2Billion Naira - i.e is 5,000 + years of our current minimum wage . Infact if we need Hitler himself to recover it, we dnt mind. always remember that. They never came out to say they did not steal. In their opinion "EVERYBODY IS A THIEF " All the defence Fayose could put up is that Aisha Buhari is also a thief. It is better the masses wake up on time and forget about PDP VS APC. It is PARASITES vs HOSTS NO PDP ,member arrested ever said , "I am not a thief and I did not collect a dime." except Senator Anyanwu who said : "‘Shoot me if I’m found guilty of taking money from ex-minister" Others are just shamelessly messing around with the "EVERYBODY IS A THIEF TALE". #IStandForBuhari. If he is corrupt and prosecuting corrupt thieves too. At least a house against it self shall not stand. These are Fayose's children while majority of the DEFENCE MINISTERS of Nairaland are jobless with ageing Parents waiting to reap the fruit of their labour to No avail. Fayose will enter Jallopy and they will be praising him that he is modest. How many of your parents with their INTEGRITY , HARDWORK have worked and save to buy any of the following cars in the picture below : Think hard. The way your parents are SLAVES to the current POLITICIANS, your mind is already conditioned to continue the SLAVERY. SLAP your self and WAKE UP. Continue and keep your focus on Price of TOMATO and 145Naira Per Litre FUEL for your "I Pass My Neighbour" Generator. While they steal so much to have TOMATO PASTE FACTORIES and REFINERIES. Shei your parents only fought for MINIMUM wage increment during their time. Now you are grown up and fighting the same minimum wage, tomato , fuel and cup of rice. I think some people are under POLITICIANS SPELL. As they are reading this, guess the first thing that come to their mind again. "WHAT OF XYZ's children " I can understand , Na the spell. 48 Likes 6 Shares

Things have really gone from bad to worse. Is that the face of democracy or tyranny? Stupidity is when you bought fuel for N87 naira in a previous administration while crying foul and comfortably buying it now at N145 without making a fuss. How much was a bag of rice one year ago; what of kerosene and other household items? How much did you save from your salary before now and how much are you saving now? The issue at hand is beyond partisan inclination. People are really suffering and let us put Apc or Pdp out of the issue. The government has failed woefully and we must bring them to the court of probity, accountability, justice and fairplay. If you are not infected, you will be affected. 12 Likes 1 Share |
