The maiden edition of Nigerian Drivers Conference & Exhibitions, 2016 (Lagos Edition) held at the TBS Banquet Hall, Tafawa Balewa Square, Onikan, Lagos, Nigeria on 11th June, 2016 was a well-attended event, with participants both from private and public sectors in attendance. The Conference with the Theme: “Enhancing driving experience, reduce risks, crashes and casualties on Nigerian Roads” started at exactly 10:00am after registration of participants with opening prayers and National Anthem. 1st batch of 5 speakers were called on stage for presentation according to the allocated time, followed by 2nd Batch of 5 Speakers, bringing the total to 10 speakers at the Conference. The participant were thrilled with knowledge packed presentations that cover all aspects of driving, ranging from Vehicle Maintenance, Vehicle Insurance, Vehicle Security, Tyre Safety, Vehicle Licensing, Safe Driving, Road Crashes/Accidents First Aid Tips, Technology in Driving, Managing Fatigue While Drive, e.t.c. The Federal Road Safety Corps, Vehicle Inspections Service and other stakeholders were well represented at the conference. 3 Lucky Winners won Free One year (Third Party Motor Insurance policy courtesy of Leadway Assurance Company Limited. The event is organized by Technology AVENUE and supported by INSIGHT Driving School in Collaboration with Federal Ministry of Transport, Ministry Of Transport (Lagos State), Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Vehicle Inspection Service (VIS), Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) & National Union Of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) e.t.c.
