Justice A.I Allagoa of the Federal High Court in Owerri, has affirmed the election of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State.

Ruling on the matter filed by Mr. Friday Nwosu against, Ikpeazu, Uche Ogah, PDP and INEC, on alleged forgery of tax documents by Governor Ikpeazu, the court ruled that the plaintiff, (Nwosu) was unable to prove that the tax documents where forged.

The court ruled that the tax documents where not forged, and went further to dismissed the matter.

Good one. They should just allow him to finish his tenure to avoid abandoning some projects he has at hand.

The 1999 constitution is a puzzle. How come that even our legal luminaries can not interpret the contents. This nonsense must stop, to save our democracy from crisis, thank God for the lacuna caused by the delay in sighting the moon, (Lol) the gov would have been a goner by now. Simply put we need a new
constitution, period!
