Good bank with friendly staff.

Their customer service is top-notch and that's what makes me bank with them.

I recently opened an account with fidelity and I got to find out that the bank and its staff are nothing short of incapable. First of, their ussd code is not reliable and you need airtime to use it! Secondly getting their yeye online banking app, you’re charged 1,000 and unfortunately you can’t use the app without getting the token app which is another 1,500. They keep devising new ways to steal people’s money, me no advice anybody to use fidelity. Be guided

I wouldn’t advice you to run any transaction through fidelity.

Very useless bank. That is how they deceived me to open an account with them with N25,000. After giving them the money I stated hearing one useless story how all my plenty names in my passport did not all appear in my bvn. How on earth am I supposed to know anything about that but then I no want the account make una give me my money and they didn't. Now it's been two years now and that's how they stole my 25k.Thunder fire them all
