This video from Sahara Reporters shows an Immigration Officer trying to extort money from a Nigerian at a border. This happens everyday at our airports both when we travel out or return to Nigeria. I heavily criticized GEJ's government for maintaining the status quo, Buhari's government has still maintained the status quo.

Should I also mention Customs? They still illegally withhold imported goods of innocent and struggling citizens and extort money from Nigerians, thereby making business frustrating and unnecessarily expensive.

What about the Police? People are harassed on the roads everyday, arrested and detained without charges or good reason, even used by Rich people to intimidate poor people, among other vices.

Corruption remains, there's little or no change and we as citizens should not pretend about this even if we voted this government or still believe in it.

Please someone Tell President Buhari where to fight corruption. It does not exist only in Goodluck Jonathan's kitchen cabinet, it lives with us Nigerian citizens in our daily business trying to be responsible citizens. We know that there are millions of non-partisan qualified persons who are capable, experienced and knowledgeable enough to help reform our institutions, and he needs to go beyond party and ethnic lines to get the right people who can do the job.

God Bless Nigeria

Buhary is NOT fighting corruption but political enemies.

Why?

Because the rate of systemic corruption has increased since he came to power.

Systemic Corruption (SC) - "Systemic corruption (or endemic corruption) is corruption which is primarily due to the weaknesses of an organization or process. It can be contrasted with individual officials or agents who act corruptly within the system".

Corruption is a stumbling block to a nation’s development, unfortunately in Nigeria, corruption is now a way of life.

Buhary should set up a system to fight corruption.

Firefire:

I agree with you on this! Fighting corruption should be one of the biggest topics trending in government at this time and there should be a system set up for this which should be big enough to swallow anyone, even those who set it up

Corruption still strives in Nigeria, the OP is correct visit any of the customs seaport command and see the full definition of corruption. It's just a shame.

My biggest worry is that many of these problems dont need money but policy implementations. governments upon governments keep coming, but end up doing the same things.
