Is it that the students are not serious or is it that the lecture is been wicked. This happened in Uniuyo

I don't blame the students. I finished from UI in the West. I did my NYSC in UYO in the East. 2004. I took a stroll down to Uni UYO to have a look.

The facilities look like a secondary school. I don't know how to say it justly but I could not feel that educational "vibe" in the place.

In fact the whole of UYO seemed stuck in a time machine around 1960 that refused to move forward.

I guess nobody there is just motivated to teach or learn compared to Western Unis, Lagos, Ibadan, Ife....

If one is getting this kind of result in 2016, 12 years after 2004, then that place has either not improved or it has gotten worse.

This happens because the students are not given any opportunity to assess the lecturers' quality of teaching. We shouldn't just think that almost all of them are dullards.

Typical of an uneducated bigot. Uyo is truly in the East. You need to get educated. Going to school is not the same as being educated
