English is our second language. By the way,what is wrong with this English?or is the OP seeking attention? You don't know the meaning of MAN HOURS?laughing. And you are in UNN?not surprised. when I was serving in a Secondary School in the East. Half of the External Students for WAEC then,came from UNN and the other half from ESUT.
