This pictures reeks of hypocrisy. You are trying to spite the herdsmen for moving their cattles forgetting they have the right to live and do their business in any part of the Country. This is why we have to support the grazing bill so they can have grazing fields in every state in the country. 2 Likes |

dearpreye: I tire o. Why can't the government give them loans to set up ranches instead? By doing so they will create a demand for grass and entrepreneurs can take advantage and start selling grass to them. Also there are more benefits of ranching as opposed to grazing. It's a win win situation really 7 Likes 2 Shares |

mrkayusfit: So their rights include moving cattle in the city centre ..do u know the amount of feaces cattles drop when they move and you don't think that alone is a health risk for city dwellers ..do you know that male Bulls can at times attack innocent road users as they move and you don't think this is security risk .. please try and reason things well 15 Likes 1 Share |

hahn: These folks obviously have some sinister motives up their sleeves. Anything the North opposes is what will bring development to Nigeria. Cattle rearing is a PRIVATE business. FG has no business taking over people's land and then giving them to some murderous fulani herdsmen, all in the name of peace. Bullshiit. They should ranch their cattle or have the entire Futa Djallon to themselves. 10 Likes 3 Shares |

dearpreye: It is quite unfortunate that we have a government that is oblivious of it's responsibilities and confused about their priorities. I see no rationale behind a government dictating how private businesses should be run. They really have no right to impose the fulani herdsmen on people who are against it. Instead on focusing on boosting infrastructure, making loans available and enlightening these illiterate "business men" this government thinks that by throwing orders around they will produce anything worthwhile. Pathetic 3 Likes 1 Share |

hahn: It's called the Uthman Dan Fodio spirit of intimidation, oppression and ultimate takeover of others lives and property. The current arrangement is suffocating everyone, except the fulani herdsmen and folks. We won't cede any inch of our lands for any murderous and archaic grazing. The fulani herdsmen must modernise; society isn't going any backward. 7 Likes 1 Share |

dearpreye:I'm disappointed this is coming from you. What if the people you see are indigenous people of Abuja?? The sight isn't a good one to behold, granted, but your comment leaves a very sour taste in the mouth. You simply could have said they should restrict their activities to unoccupied lands in the city. Besides, is Abuja in the "South"?? 1 Like 1 Share |

These are things that have been happening since time immemorial, but it is so unfortunate some incorrigible bigots are trying to make it appear like it started under this admin. During Jonathan's era, we had planes running into/colliding with cattle on the runway- we never saw things like - "the new face of Nigerian airports." What a shame. 2 Likes |

omenka: Brother, certain Northern governors have already given out lands for grazing cattle. The majority, if not all, of these cattle rearers are fulani people and they have their own indigenous lands. Let them deploy their lands for grazing. 'North ' in my first comment couldn't have meant anywhere other than the core North from whence these murderous folks migrate. If they want to graze their cattle in other places or regions within Northern states that aren't in support of the grazing method, they should RANCH their cattle. Thousands of people have lost their lives due to these elements of murder. I'm sorry . 7 Likes 1 Share |

The boldness the fulani have these days to roam cows around ehn. Are there grasses in the city Centre? Abuja has lots of undeveloped districts (bwari, kuje, abaji etc) with plenty grasses, they won't go there, they'll rather come into town(central business district) to disrupt traffic and litter the environment |
