ijustdey:If na MTN now we for don go strike. We the consumers can quit using PHC NEPA or whatever, and we won't feel it, because we had never been using their supply. Consumers have power to collapse PHCN going on at least two month strike. We should ignore paying their fictitious bills, and when they come to disconnect we should all ignore them. Nigerian businessmen are always keen on making profit overnight. PHCN cannot make money because they have failed to supply power, no supply no sales. THIEVES, WE SHOULD ABANDON THEIR SERVICE, LETS KILL THEIR BUSINESS 1 Like |

Well done buhari In fact increase it with additional 50% , let Nigerians know how dumb they were to have voted you and apc into power. Punish them for their stupidity, next time some one contests the presidential post, they will ask him or her serious questions to determine whether the person is mentally fit for the task ahead. The problem is, we need money to make the needed improvements in power supply. That is what led us to the whole DISCO ti=hing under GEJ in the first place. Fact is, if GEJ did not have extra funding for the power sector.....then I dount Buhari would. Make fun of the government, call them antipeople, and yes, to some extent, they are. But....we still need money to get up to 20000MW and above. Low oil prices means no money. |

The government is really clueless. They know nothing about governance. All the ministers are just unpopular and brainless from power to work to finance to education to agriculture. Nothing seems to be happening in various aspect of the economy. No clear policy on education; candidates are waiting for admission process, no federal road has been maintained since 2015. Almost all the roads have been taken over by pot holes. No clear policy on the economy that will attract foreign investors, petroleum products are on the high side that the average Nigerians can't afford. Nothing is working in the Agric sector. God what kind of mistake Nigerians made by voting the clueless government into power. 1 Like |

Tut the proper thing to do would have been to source funds elsewhere..get the electricity running and supplying and people would naturally pay when they see it. Who no like better thing. Why make people pay for nothing. My mother hasn't been paid for 4months and she one of the few lucky few. Some are going to seven months now. This is the nija realities that this government has failed to consider. Am not angry anymore..jst amaze that humans can be this inconsiderate. |

Fashola is a lawyer but shamelessly championed the flouting of court order on the hike in electricity tariff last February! I recall that the court ruled against the increase, but Fashola and his gang of DisCo shylocks and NERC ignored it and hiked the tariff. Now that another court has reversed the illegal hike, they want to appeal the ruling! But really, they will be doing so on a weak plank! I pray that the Appeal Court should insist on the reversal to pre-February status, just to enforce compliance with the court order that NERC should not hike the tariff last February!! The DisCos are simply exploiters and are too lazy to collect debts from customers. I detest their deceitful operations fully supported by fake progressives like Fashola!!! It is ungodly and wicked! |

all you people that are saying you can't wait to vote Buhari out in 2019 have not yet understood what exactly happened during the last election. The only way Buhari and APC would lose the election if its conducted tomorrow is if the election is done online... but as far as INEC and your damn PVC is concerned, APC has already won the next two presidential elections at least. you don't understand what I'm saying abi? don't worry, by 2019 you will, and you will then know why he boldly believed that he will win another election if its conducted now. una eyes go clear by 2019. 1 Like |
