This is a Good news from Nigeria.
Most of the Train service in Europe is managed by private sector's, this will help to reduce efficiency and effectiveness, also it will bring more investors.

God bless the Senate.
God bless Nigeria.

The senate president will sign any bill passed by the senate before it is passed to d house of Rep for consideration and vote. If finally passed by both houses, Final approval will then be signed by the president once he's presented the bill.
