padding did not start today. the reason why we did not hear is because everybody involved from the executive and legislature were united.

it is now common knowledge because of the obvious division especially in the legislature.

I won't be surprised if these idiots are the ones sponsoring cattle herders (more of them have cattle's in their villages and they have herdsmen that raise the cattle's right?) to attack communities in Benue so they can allocate 500 million Naira to themselves for 'the rehabilitation of Gboko and Agatu' communities in Benue. Useless people.

Saw a thread where Ambode is already expanding a road in Kirikiri, Lagos state. Have this feeling Baba leaned heavily on him to do so because of the expected heavy traffic of Black Marias on the road.

And to think some people blamed Buhari for this mess back then!!

That is what the criminals do when padding budgets- they look for anything possible to earmark monies to, and soon as they are released, they go into private pockets.
