Despite recent troubles with the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) over Silverbird Groups' unpaid loans, the common sense senator and founder of Silverbird group, Ben Bruce, appears to be having a great time with his business empire as Silverbird Cinemas just opened a new outlet at Jabi Lake Mall.

The senator who announced the new development via his twitter handle said the new Silverbird outlet has created at least 50 jobs for Nigerians and will still create more 50 jobs. See his tweets below.

Oga Ben Bruce lead by example. Show only Naija movies. Stop showing foreign movies.
In your own words ''Its mental slavery to allow foreign media dictate what we think about Nigeria & her institutions. They cant love Nigeria more than Nigerians''
Also Reduce the price of your popcorn too so an average Nigerian can afford it while watching a Nollywood movie. This way we can buy Naija to grow the Naira.
Oga Ben bruce, my name is Naijaobi and I just want to make common sense. kiss

When Nigeria GDP was debased during Gej regime, you people complained they added the entertainment to claim the number one spot in Africa because in Nigeria we disregard service related product.

A man has created a means of survival for some people and you are still complaining.

Please leave Mr common sense alone

Kudos to this Senator who is a proud employer of labour.

Saraki does not have a Pure water factory (as little as it seems to be) in Nigeria.
Saraki is ZERO, when it comes to that.

No she didn't.
Common sense will tell you that with the failure of the federal and state governments in providing for the citizens, the private sector needs to take up the task. Despite the difficulties that these guys are facing in their businesses, they keep marching on, knowing fully well the number of families that depend on them for their daily bread. The likes of Dangote who's losing billions of dollars due to the comatose Naira (but still keeps setting up refineries) and Ben Murray Bruce with his problems with AMCON need to be applauded and encouraged.

Jabi Lake in Abuja, right? I hope Senator Ben Bruce can build more of his Silverbrid Malls and Cinema Houses in Bayelsa and the entire Ijawland so that his Ijaw brothers and sisters would be gainfully employed instead of engaging in militancy
