This error happened to me, it happens majorly if u don't have enough space on ur sd card or u r using ur sd card as internal storage which am using on my phone


Solution : get a new sd card 2 gig memory card is enough, after inserting it to ur phone, pls don't choose d format for d sd card just ignore d notification, den either paste d already downloaded update.zip file or re download d update , install instantly following this steps ur update is going to work 100%.

And further ish just quote me

Samsung is the manufacturer, I bought it 4k last year. There's no storage device that has exact amount of storage as written on the device!!!

His procedure is the best, but I later took my phone to Carl care for the update. Did u notice after the update all ur app are store on phone memory? pls is there anyway to move them to SD card

The update is useless then, I can't believed I went through all these stress just to get a useless update!!! At the Carl care a lady brought her phone, Infinix Note 3, her complain was that she usually get fail update. Anytime she try to install update to her phone. I was surprise went the Carl care representative told her the update she got on her phone isn't available on their system, so there was nothing they can do about it. She went home disappointedly!!!
