It happens when your device is above 80% and maybe you changed your charger.

Who has an idea how much a new original Hot 4 battery will cost? My battery is spoilt. It no longer charges again. But whenever it does, it doesn't pass 50% and stays at that percentage for 2-3 hours before running down to 0% in seconds.

This problem started after i lost my "follow-come" charger. How much can I get a charger that will charge it fast when i replace the Battery?

I am using the Android 6.0 version. I don't know if it can be upgraded to 7.0. Do you think the factory reset will solve the battery issue?
