Why don't we kuku hand over the government to Dangote. It's a shame Nigerian government have been struggling to build a refinery for years, but it looks like rocket science, Yet an individual will do that in the next 3yrs - And what's funny is that he's not using his own money, behind the scene na government they support am. All our politicians are political dealers, they prefer to support people like Dangote and get their cut than to build it for Nigeria where all eyes will be on them. NEPA/PHCN will not work because it is not handed over to the real private sectors, but politicians who are not willing to invest in infrastructure to make it work - CORRUPTION is FANTASTICALLY in our DNA.

I don't see anything wrong with Dangote becoming an universally recognised brand name, just like Microsoft is universally recognised for what they do, Samsung is known for every single type of electronic device there is, etc. As long as he delivers, its good enough, and far better than importing things from foreigners

hmmmm, wat u r saying. This guy is taking over the economy and he's becoming more powerful. Did you even know that some Ph.D holders were employed as Drivers in his company?

The government in not making the life easy & simple for its inhabitant, Dangote saw the potentials and he is making good use of it. He exploited the Nigerian resources and up till now nobody can beat him not even the government. Truth be told, this guy is getting more better. I want to beat him, that's what i'm having in mind now. Can't anybody atleast have 10 different companies to cater for the needs of the Nigerian citizen?

You're very correct, let bill gates and mark Zucherberg tell us how they got rich and compare it with Dangote and Adenuga's story, you'll see the difference, theirs will be very logical while our own rich will be just 'work hard and believe in God', most billionaires in Nigeria has a lot behind-the-scenes they'll never tell you, you copy them at your own peril.

It's sad to admit it, but they don't know what to do anymore. I don't see how this townhall sessions help us. These guys are micro managers. The VP does not know anything about economics. This shoud have been passed on to the experts and their recommendations implemented without interference. Recall Obj, Soludo, Okonjo and co. How can we be asking Dangote for advise. He is a business man and if we sell Nigeria to him, he will buy cheap. We need a neutral economist(s) to help us. Not this Dangote dude. How dd we get here?

I believe in wealth distribution. We are all equal men. This world is not animal farm. The govt shld own every wealth and distribute it accordingly. I prefer been a socialist than a capitalist.
