Why EQUALITY is leaving you to your own strength, EQUITY is a form of leverage. You leverage on the strength of the society or the environment. Not too sure about what I have wrote but I strongly believe and understand this picture. I think women should be more concern about equity because equality has been there but they are still not seeing the effect.
