The Osun-Osogbo Grove is among the last of the sacred forests which usually adjoined the edges of most Yoruba cities before extensive urbanization. In recognition of its global significance and its cultural value, the Sacred Grove was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005.

Yoruba's and Idle worshipping are like 5&6

This is the picture of the late Austrian born Osun-Osogbo Priestess, Suzanne Wenger, Adunni Olorisha. She died few years ago after serving the Osun goddess for almost 40years

Was about to say that why aint I seeing her pictures b4 I saw your post. Whatever compelled her to such service, I still dont get t. If I may ask, was she able to say d oriki in Yoruba or what?

it won't work because this is idolatry. no Christian or Moslem will put his money into this and the population of idol worshipers have terribly dwindled. this is not marketable.

Yoruba is the only tribe that did throw their culture away, good for them, if they package this event well, it can be a tourist haven and a source of scarce foreign income.

their lives are far better than that of idol worshipers.they rule the world and run things. Africa literally serves.so their God is superior.
