The visiting United States Secretary of State, Mr. John Kerry, has arrived the Presidential Villa, Abuja for a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari. Issues such as the Boko Haram insurgency would form part of discussion between them. Kerry arrived for the meeting at 3:07pm. Ahead of his arrival, Northern state governors, who he would be meeting with after his meeting with Buhari, had arrived the Villa. Why his first port of call Sokoto? I think the Sultan of Sokoto has strong ties to Babangida and Dasuki. Hope he is not in Nigeria to put pressure on Buhari to release Dasuki oo. Never trust America. They are covert enemy to Africa whilst pretending to be friendly. |
