It was a momentous and glamorous gathering in all Youthfulness, as ASATU Youth Leaders of the 58 Communities in Anambra Central Senatorial District converged at Abacha Town Hall in Idemili South LGA, Anambra State on Sunday 21st August, 2016

The meeting was also graced by Alfa TV/Radio Station Nnobi,in attendance also was the National President of the Youth Wing of Anambra State Association Of Town Unions, Osita Ozalagba and his co-contestants at the last National Election for the Presidential seat of the Association.

Top on the Agenda:
1.The Senatorial Situation in the zone
2.Our Elders and the question of cultural erosion: Igweship and related issues
Other issues drawn from the matters arising was treated to the satisfaction of all present.

It was a top resolution by the YOUTH Leaders that the fair share of Anambra Central will not continue to elude them and so will go all out to seek for a mediation that will soon settle the issue of the District's empty seat at the Upper Chamber of the National Assembly, noting that it is the young people that has been at the receiving end by the vacancy created by the situation.

It is their Strong believe that the matter will be laid to rest with expected compliance from the parties involved.
