The newly formed Urhobo militant group, Niger Delta Greenland Justice Movement, NDGJM, in the early hours of today, blew up the Ogor-Oteri major delivery line, which is operated by the Nigeria Petroleum Development Company and Shorelines Petroleum in the state.
