The death has been announced of Mama Oyine Ichapi, who is believed to be the oldest woman in Benue State.

According to record made available to IDOMA VOICE, Mama Ichapi was born in 1896.

The remains of the centenarian, who is said to be very generous and caring will be committed to mother earth today in Opa-Adoka, Otukpo, Benue State.
