OSSAI OVIE SUCCESS PROFILE: MEET NIGERIA'S YOUNGEST POLITICAL APPOINTEE IN NIGERIA

Ossai Ovie Success (born 2nd February 1992) is a politician, a blogger and an entrepreneur. In the present administration of the delta state government under Sen. Arthur okowa ifeanyi, Ossai is the youngest political appointee in the state. He is best known for his blog.

Early Life

Ossai Ovie Success was born 2nd February 1992 in Ogume, Ndokwa west local government area of Delta State and is the second of six children of Ubroda Marian and Ossai Macaulay.

He attended Emuseri Primary School Jesse Town (1994–2000) and Idjerhe grammar School, Ugo Secondary School (2000-2006) where he graduated at the age of 16. At age 18 he went on to attend the College of Education Warri where he studied Computer and Economics and graduated in 2012 with a national certificate in education (NCE)

Political Career

While at the College of Education, Warri, Ossai Ovie Success became Students Union Government 2011/2012 session[1] Member, Secretary to Social and Cultural Committee at the College of Education Warri .

Then later National Association of Nigeria Students NANS/JCC Electoral Committee Member.On July 6 2015, Gov Ifeanyi Okowa appointed Mr Ossai Ovie Success as his Political Aide on Special Duties at the age of 23 making him the youngest political appointee in Delta State and Nigeria

What raised a few eyebrows concerning appointment was his age . But for those close to the Delta State government, the appointment of Ossai Ovie a Success was a merited one and did not come as a surprise because he was an integral part of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa's Media campaign team.

After graduation, Ossai Ovie Success started blogging in 2013. He became an active blogger 2015 with a custom domain www.ossaioviesuccess.com after making name on Facebook . He now has over a million readers on his blog and thousands of subscribers to his blog

Honours and awards

Ossai Ovie Success grab an award as Most Outstanding Youngest Political Appointee in Delta State at Delta Heritage Plus Awards 2016 which took place on the 25th of August 2016.
