I am having same problems. I have passed all the stages but submitting has become a problem. is not just submitting. Anyone telling you he has submitted is a big joke ignore such a person....the site is rubish

jenny some stuff are not showing properly there, so i just clicked next and it took me to page 18. but submission has become an issue for me

Ignore that signature part. Only those submitting paper form are to do that. Remember this application was designed from their paper form. So ignore that and click next. You signature will be taken manually when u scale through and was employed

Pvc is just one option. There re others u can use even if they ve expired. Ie national I'd card, drivers licence and international passport. At least if you re a serious citizen you should ve one of this. The national I'd card is so easy to do. Just visit them at their ikeja office. Your waec certificate can stand as a means of identification to enable them process it. They also accept drivers licence and international passport. Same they you will get ur number is 11 digit.

please someone answer me please, i registered on the site,did not get any email confirmation on my mail, i tried to register again with the email and i was told that the email has already been used on the portal so i fathomed maybe the registration went through. i logged in with the email and my password and i was able to login. My fear is, should i continue the application process despite the fact i didn't receive email confirmation? or must i get confirmation message on my mail before filing the on line forms?

You can continue your application. As long as you now have an account on the website. I experienced the same thing.
