According to this article https://www.divorcerate.org/what-are-the-legal-reasons-for-divorce/ only drug or alcohol abuse could be considered as a legal ground for a divorce procedure, however if verbal abuse has a tendency to become violance, it is enough to start a divorce litigation. |
