Since you claimed Hon Desmond has not presented any bill, you should be kind enough to mention the bills sponsored by the two honourables you mentioned. Am amazed at how you can categorically claim he's done nothing when you don't watch every plenary session of the state house of Assembly. Nawa for you o.
