a lot of men are indulging in the act of blocking semen from coming out by holding and pressing tight the end of penis during ejaculation. the reasons are endless one of which is withdrawal methods, or techniques to stay longer after that another round, another reason is when someone don't want to waste the semen so they want to take it inside back. let take a look at this sex education. Orgasm When a male is about to have an orgasm, his penis is stiff and erect, the skin on his scrotum gets tighter and his scrotum draws up close to his body. His heart beats harder and his breathing gets deeper and heavier. Some of his skin may flush, his nipples may change color or get hard, and the muscles around his anus may tighten up. The whole orgasm lasts about ten seconds. When a male ejaculates, his muscles contract and sperm and semen mix and are pushed into the urethra and come spurting out of the opening in the glans – or tip – of the penis. The semen usually comes out in three or four spurts. In all, about a teaspoon of white, creamy, milky semen comes out of the penis. Stopping the ejaculation, by covering the end of the penis with a finger or thumb, can cause "retrograde ejaculation," which means the semen travels back up the urethra and can be forced up the tube that leads to the bladder, or forced into the prostate gland. Retrograde Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen , which would, in most cases, be ejaculated via the urethra, is redirected to the urinary bladder . Normally, the sphincter of the bladder contracts before ejaculation forcing the semen to exit via the urethra, the path of least resistance. When the bladder sphincter does not function properly, retrograde ejaculation may occur. It can also be induced deliberately by a male as a primitive form of male birth control (known as coitus saxonicus ) or as part of certain alternative medicine practices. Signs and symptoms Retrograde ejaculation is sometimes referred to as a " dry orgasm ." Retrograde ejaculation is one cause of male infertility . Men often notice during masturbation that they do not have semen release but there is an orgasm. Another underlying cause for this phenomenon may be ejaculatory duct obstruction . During a male orgasm, sperm are released from the epididymis and travel via small tubes called the vas deferens. The sperm mix with seminal fluid in the seminal vesicles, prostate fluid from the prostate gland, and lubricants from the bulbourethral gland . During climax, muscles at the end of the bladder neck tighten to prevent retrograde flow of semen. In retrograde ejaculation, these bladder neck muscles are either very weak or the nerves controlling the muscles have become damaged. |
