As much as i like him, I didn't expect him to out-perform Roy Hodgeson or Steve McLaren. He would have delivered mediocre results like his predecessors (IMO). Southgate is a worse replacement. I wonder when the FA will start getting it right.

Southgate's appointment is temporary except he suddenly becomes the English version of Pep Guardiola in the matches within the scope of his appointment.

Bad mouthing your predecessor and your boss will definitely cost you your job.

Never trust anyone in your life cos you don't who is planning your downfall. His position was admired by many and some are devilish. They knew his week point and decided to set him up. Truly not everyone who smiles at you is a friend.

There are code of ethics bothering on conflict of interests and showing leadership. His position is a very transparent one. He apologized for his error of judgement. I believe he shouldn't have been sacked.
