holluphemydavid: Abi o!!! Atiku is so desperate to be in aso rock just like the incumbent who contested thrice before finally clinching the coveted seat but within a year into his tenure, the helpless and hopeless citizens realises once again that they have made a bad choice. Now Atiku is posturing with 2019 in mind as it's obvious that Buhari has lost the Southwest for good however, unfortunately for the poor folks of this sad nation, Atiku is not the solution to our myriad problem nor has he the mental dexterity and political will to ameliorate the many problems afflicting the nation rather he's only going to compound their woes if his antecedent is anything to go by. I truly feel sorry for nigerians sha, as they are saddled with a failure at the helm of their political affairs for another two and half years at least,(after kicking out the almost 6years of the visionless, purposeless, incompetent, exceptionally corrupt and profligate govt of the ogogoro-drinking, cognitively-challenged doctor (sic!) of zoology) but the worst part is that those masquerading now (with 2019 election in mind) as possessing the antidote to our quandary are clearly and simply by their past deeds, just different shades of the same old block that were solely responsible for the deplorable and shameful state of a once promising and enviable nation blessed with both natural and human resources complemented with a huge work-force/market. Sadly, the country is just perambulating by persistently and conscientiously placing square pegs in round holes (whilst praying for a perfect fit). This is exactly the state of affairs that sane and discerning minds anticipated and cautioned against when "the hunter finally becomes the haunted" but alas, GREED and COVETOUSNESS are an undesirable and unattractive traits totally impervious to rational thought processes. |

For me two things should stand 1. Based on the fact that Oyegun subverted the process or allowed it, even when it was glaring that the delegates list was tampered with.......... 2. Based on the fact that Oyegun failed to deliver his polling Unit He should resign. That should be the standard of discipline in the party. I remember Baba Ayo Opadokun in the days of AD, when he couldn't deliver his polling unit, in additions to other problems he had in the party, was relieved of this position in the party |

We need a change in APC by 2019. Buhari is not decisive at all. Oyegun should go, for going against party rules. Tinunbu, Atiku or even El Rufai is not what we need in 2019. We need something fresh. |

Well said Atiku. The party leadership should always be guided by respect for the rules, fairness, equity, neutrality and respect for democratic consensus or risk the suffered by the erstwhile ruling party(PDP) in 2015. A wise man learns from other people mistakes. |

mapet: oyegun was never relevant in this present political dispensation until jagaban single- handedly made him the APC chairman. |

Goke7: Bros, It is because of political calculation na! If not, will you rather have Tom Ikimi? .....but you're correct It is interesting to know Jagaban's drift. He's playing a chess game and opponents don't yet get it. Atiku's support for his condemnation of Oyegun is interesting And.... some interesting things to look forward to 1. What is the next move for Oshobaba. A minister? Replace Oyegun? Place on BOT? 2. If Re-run is not conducted in Ondo, Aketi is going to be a "place-holder". If Re-run is conducted, you will see additional alignment of forces e.g. Jaganba-Olusola Oke caucus............ 3. What is the preparation for Osun? |
