A FAILURE IN AN EXAM "CAPTAINING" THE CLASS ? Sneaking off a crucial decision; only to go and uphold such ludicrous folly that 5 is greater than 6 is the beginning of loosing one's ward in a governorship election; even as the national chairman of the ruling party that won elections barely one year ago. What a disgust !!! Rubbish !!!
