If they want to rear cattle, they should acquire the land themselves and pay taxes to the government of any state they do their business. I know a few people in cattle business and they make good cash from it. It's time to treat like a real business.

Those involved in it should be made to establish their ranches and animal farms themselves(there are many ways they can be assisted through the aid of various financial houses across the country). Tax payers monies should be used for other needs that are of collective importance. FG do not build a herder colony in my town!

Nigeria is a backwards society. Everyone from south and even most of Noth see this as wrong but still being shoved down throat. Why will FG government use tax pays money to build ranches for private businesses are they going to sale or rent it out, Nigerians need to know the modalities before allowing this plan through. But this plan would have been better for states to do.
