A genuine recognition of a hardworking Governor. I remember when Goodluck Jonathan and Ngozi Okonjo Iweala,use to buy awards left and right.

Now,nobody is even ready to sell them any awards anymore,and that is why we never see them receiving any "Kangaroo" Awards again in the news.
