People in saner climes just use their regular names and titles... She was minister under two presidents, must she be minister forever to be recognized? She's a classic example of give me pure water if there is no malt. She was hanging around Hilary Clinton recently with hope of World Bank presidency favour. Shortly after, the US renominated the current guy so no hope for her there. She did no do anything about employment .So when you add up everything that she borrowed plus all the oil revenue we see that she had an UNPRECEDENTED amount of money to manage. What happened to all that money?
