The constitution allows for executive spending where the budget is not passed.

OBJ used this same tactics for his first term in office with hardly any budget being passed with made it possible for him to run govt on his own accord solely.


Besides both houses are controlled by your same useless APC and the budget padding was not restricted to the NASS but included breaches by the same executive branch.

Everything is in shambles, we ve stagnated ,no movement and they think they re doing us any good, anti-corruption that is a major fulcrum of this administration is even zero with no conclusive case of a person being convicted and sent to jail.

Nothing tangible has been achieved with this year's budget and they re talking abt the one for next year, it's been one excuse or the other, free meal for school children is zero, 5000 naira for the unemployed is zero too, so Wat can A. P. C ever do or get right?i guess nothing, theirs is just to give us rhetorics and speak in future present tenses which normally is always neva ending.
