Why will people be looking into other people's bedrooms while they are having sex? There should be a law against that as well. In the end, no one will be able to report sexual deviation and the Government can appear to respect human rights without having to officially condone homosexuality. Do you have any evidence to verify the authenticity of the videotape. Are you sure is not her look alike that was in the video, the video maybe manipulatted with her image or she may be under induced drugs to perform the act, the people that should be arrested is those that video the act.

But all the ills of our society and lack of developments and progress as listed has never been traced to the ban on same sex relationships. Now, you will agree with me that in this Nation and the continent in general, we have different cultures and religion. Which of these culture or religion practices or allows same sex union, I believe none? Then, how do you expect that our laws should allow such acts? Even though we copy the Western worlds, we should respect our religions and cultures, we don't need to copy the negative things from them besides, it's against morality and has nothing positive to contribute towards the development of country and continent in general.

We Nigerians should learn to read between the lines. The persons named in this story are planning to get papers to travel abroad and they want to hide under the cover of being persecuted here in Nigeria as being LGBT, hence the story which I strongly believe, has been planted and given wide publicity so that embassies of the lenient countries could take up their cases and give them travel papers as endangered species.
Come to think of it, does our police give a damn about such things when there are many other unsolved crimes all over the place? Who is going to be the complainant? How is he going to prove that the ladies are lesbians except where he was present when the girls were doing the act?

That's not how the law works. If she would allege that she was drugged or that the tape is fake, she is the one who would have to prove it. And arresting the person who taped the incident would only be worse for her because that person was probably an accomplice and would be only too happy to spill the beans on her.
