hi pple, some questions have been running through my mind and i figured i'd post it here to see if i could get any help with it.

How are bills passed in the national assembly? 'cause its pretty unclear, you see NASS passes bill in the headlines but is it a law at that point? also whats the place of first reading, second reading and all that? i'd appreciate it if someone could explain the process to me. . .thanks
