Nigeria does not have a substantive auditor-general since the retirement in May of the last one, Mr. Samuel Ukura. The tenure of Mrs. Florence Anyanwu, who is acting in that capacity, has also expired. Florence Anyanwu's tenure has not expired. She remains the acting AuGF till december 5th when she will clock 6 months in office. However, it will be a welcome development if a substantive Auditor General is appointed as soon as possible. |

gabazin080: Akinwerndey: harmbhrosz:If borrowing when oil sold for $120pb isn't slave trade, clueless ideas or debt I wonder what some persons want when oil is selling for less than $50pb. Too many vile posters these days. So many of them are just lazy folks who have no sellable skill or products. I will advice that people start businesses that can lead to earning of dollar and stop shouting Buhari up and down. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Buhari is nothing but a divisive figure to Nigeria. He is taking a loan in the Name of the whole country, but exculdes the South-East! Buhari himself, has confirmed that the South-East does not belong in Nigeria. He also is confirming that the South-South does not belong in Nigeria by refusing to recognize the plight of the South-south people, Who feed the nation and yet their own habitat is a mess. If the oil were in the north, the North would have left Nigeria ages ago. Yet Buhari is fighting IPOB who want to leave, while at the same time refusing to site one single project in the South-East.

If Buhari borrows almost $30bn in one sitting, how much will he now borrow before the end of his tenure, or if he gets a second term? This loan should not be supported at all. 8 Likes |

Sibrah:for your small mind U dn yarn matter be that o... Please show me your intellectual versatility and common reasoning by answering these simple questions. 1. Where is all the Abacha loot Buhari has collected? 2. Where are the recovered funds he claim he had collected from his anti corruption fight? 3. The government revenues from the TSA where are they? 4. What's has happened to the Chinese loan he collected earlier this year? 5. Where is the 6billion pounds he collected from the UK? 6. China last gave him grants including other African countries too, where is it? 7. The proposed loan is it really necessary this point in time? 8. Do U know the worth of $29 billion? My friend next time try to engage your brains and ask questions from those who know better to explain things to you! 10 Likes |

How do we pay this money back? This is the question we should be asking ourselves. Do we even remember what we went through servicing our debts to the Paris club? We've always have bad loans and sooner or later we will pay for it through sweat and blood. |
