Here are some popular slangs you must have used in secondary school. 1. Baff up- To dress to kill E.g – I’m going to baff up seriously for social night. 2. Efiko- A very brilliant person E.g- Stella is an efiko, she’s always in the library studying. 3. Yab- To make fun of someone E.g- I’m going to yab Ola for wearing a short skirt with her yam legs. 4. Gbagaun- To make grammatical blunders E.g- The English teacher is always making gbagauns. 5. Dub- To copy someone else’s work in an exam/test E.g I plan to dub Stella in the exam, I haven’t read anything. 6. Mescaphon- To misbehave or mess up E.g- I’m going to slap my new roommate if she mescaphons again. 7. Juvie- Junior student E.g- All these juvies are too rude. 8. Jand – Abroad E.g- Only the big boys in school spend their holidays in jand. 9. Jack- To read very hard E.g- I need to jack biology seriously if I want to pass this exam. 10. Princy- Principal E.g – Princy is coming! Everyone stop making noise. 11. Crash- To sleep E.g- After serving punishment, we all went to crash. 12. Ababio- Chemistry textbook. E.g – Borrow me your Ababio, please. 13. Attachee- Someone that is only friends with you for your food or provisions E.g- That girl does not know more than doing Attachee. 14. Expo- Exposure of questions before examinations E.g- I pray we get expo for the maths exam. 15. Efizzy- Show off or pull effect with something E.g – Ada likes to do too much efizzy. 15. Behind- To be posh E.g – That girl that just came from America is so Behind. 23. FFO- For food only E.g – Ade is an FFO, he’s always begging for food. 24. NFA- No future ambition E.g – Ola is an NFA, he still hasn’t finished filling his jamb form. 25. Bang- To fail E.g – Everyone in the class banged the maths test. 26.
