She may also need therapy to decipher why this has been ongoing.

For now, try: setting an alarm every so often, so she can wake up and urinate in the toilet instead.

She also needs to visit a GP

and get a basic laboratory test and exam performed to determine overall physical health.

Hmm. if all those tests are normal especially your hormonal profile. Anyway you can show me the results of your hormonal profile? So, you do not have genetic abnormality you know of? Are you otherwise developmentally an adult? (I mean breast and pubic hair)?

I mean, let's assume they are negative; are you athletic? What does your diet consist of? Ongoing stresses in your life now?

You don't seem too thin or emaciated (though I can't really see you). Malnourishment and starvation can temporarily shut down the cycle.

Maybe you need to try another form of contraceptive after complete evaluation that is. Also, did they get TSH, T4 (your thyroid functions?), prolactin? Did your doctor do something called progesterone test?

Dear, if you are having difficulty breathing and uncontollable cough, go to hospital right away for evaluation and treatment before you pass out for inadequate oxygen.

Do you have asthma? Calm down and get deep breathe in and slow deep breath; with mouth open if nose congested. Can inhale vapor mist of hot water; add salt or menthol if you got one and inhale it.

But go to A and D if you cannot breathe.

Few weeks ago I took a HIV test, it turned out negative. I asked my fiancee to also take the test. We don't stay in the same state so there was no way we could go together. Fews days later she said she took it that she's negative too but the Doctor didn't allow her go with the result. I was surprised because I took mine in a govt clinic and went home with my result. She said she took it in a Teaching hospital. So please is this how it is done in Teaching hospitals?
