It costs anywhere from 2000 to 5000 USD, so convert dollar to Naira and you have the price.

It depends on the organism. But most common is chlamydia and gonorrhea. So, ceftriaxon.e 250mg x1 IM AND doxycyclin.e 100mg PO BID x7 days.

Hope this helps. If you suspect STD, both partners need to treated.

Progesterone taken for infertility can take anywhere from 25 to 50 hours for half of drug to be metabolized. So, It can take up to 5 to 7 days to completely see resolution of side effects.

Few things is possible: bloody stool or diarrhea need to be investigated for a condition infectious cause or inflammatory condition called IBS.

Have then considered getting stool ova and parasites? It's a test that determines what is the infection causing this. Once that's determined, then you can be treated with appropriate antibiotics.

There's also a condition called: bacterial overgrowth syndrome, which an precipitated by all these antibiotics that you are taking.

So basically two questions: what kind of tests have they done on you? And, can you afford to see a gastrointestinal specialist?

Regards.
i canot remember the type of test i did. all i know that my stool was tested and the result of the test go like this Macroscopy.....brownish semi stool sample with know blood but sometime am seeing blood anytime i see blood i take amplicin tablet it wud stop and if i see again i wud take amplicin again it wud stop Microscopy....Presence of ova cyst, and egg of parasite Culture......yield of growth of samonella and shigella after 24hr of lucubation. that is the result of the test as for the other question how much does gastrointestinal specialist charge cus i can do anything to get rid of the sickness.

I think that you are not being appropriately treated. So, the stool culture shows presence of salmonella and shigella?

If that is correct, then try: ciprofloxaci.n 500mg twice a day for 5 to 7 days.

You also need to change or sanitize your water/food source as you are possibly at risk of re-infection.

Practice good sanitary techniques: wash hands, avoid exposures.

Before you take medicine: pls. be sure you are not allergic to it.

Best

No need to panic, it is not as bad as you make it.

First, do not self diagnose, please be sure and visit a doctor for physical check up or pelvic exam to ascertain what this genital lesion is if indeed genital warts.

Genital warts are caused by human papilloma virus, and STI, which can go on to cause cervical cancer.

It can be effectively treated. It is however, a life long infection, but some people can have complete resolution especially if you are white young.

Anyway, you can get vaccinated if you are less than 26 years old. Practice safe sex: condom.

Regards.

Cipro is an antibiotic used to treat a number of bacteria infections wherever in the human body including the eye!

The RX i gave you is for the gastrointestinal infection not for eye infection.

That is a really good question. I had the same in mind when I read your post. I am not sure why the doc put you on bromocriptin.e unless you have high prolactin. Did he run any labs on your or told you that you have high prolactin. Do you have any medical condition that you know of?

I really commend you for asking questions regarding your care, and not blindly take drugs. Do find out why he is giving you this drug as I don't have your medical history in its entirety.

There is no role for this drug in miscarriage unless you have a condition that requires it. It is sometimes used for menstrual issues and infertility, but you already had a living child and a miscarried one, so I wouldn't think you are infertile.

Ask the doc why as I can't see see one from the history you gave me. But again, I don't know your case well.

Regards.

Good day great doctors in the house. I'm here to lay out a problem that concerns my father's health.
He is suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure. he always regulate his bp level not until yesterday that I notice some scary changes ," so confused, not able to talk to anyone even though I called him his guy name but without an answer. he stood up for 20 minutes or so without knowing what's going on around him." he later regain consciousness after some minutes.
Furthermore, I don't know what else to do in this situation. what type of medication should I offer him to stabilize the problem.
Thanks.

There is a concern that your father may have experienced TIA (transient ischemic accident); which is a pre-sequel to full blown stroke (if not already a micro-infarct).

I would advice taking him to urgent health care center for evaluation and/or treatment. What is his BP at the moment?

He has risk factors for stroke: diabetes, HTN. He needs to get his blood sugar and blood pressure under control. IF he is overweight, he needs to loose weight with diet and exercise.

HE needs to get the following labs: lipid panel (cholesterol, HDL, LDL), fasting blood glucose, ECG and possibly some head and neck imaging.

He needs to be on appropriate medications for his risk factors: what are his medications as of current?

Thanks for your wonderful reply Sir/Madam. I will do as you said. I don't know his current bp level as of the moment.
On part of the medications, I saw him drink Tinizol 500, Ciplain 500mg , Vitarich, Ca-C 1000 Sandoz, Glymed- M , alpha betic +.....

this is the only medications I saw him drink daily though..

Good day Sir. Please what can one take to treat candida albicans most especially if the person has gone on 2 cycles of treating infections with antibiotics. Is there any suppositories that one can use to treat it without taking any oral medication. Thanks.

Yea. Those drugs are not it. Get his blood pressure and blood sugar measured and report back if you wish. OR you could just find him a local doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. He needs to be on anti diabetic medicine and anti hypertensive and aspirin if he has both.

Every drug and many supplements come with side effects. I am not familiar with this supplement, so I do not know of its particulars to safety.

Do your homework on this supplement before you consume. I cant recommend or approve of what I do not know. You can alternatively take at your own risk, if you notice any side effect that is unpleasant, then stop.

I can see what I can find on the supplement, if anything potentially harmful glares at me, I will let you know.

please, do not take medicine by yourself with out proper evaluation and diagnosis by a professional. Were you diagnosed to have malaria or?

Anyway, you have likely given yourself issues with the drug combination you have ingested.

Stop it all (unless prescribed by a physician), and see if your abdominal pain and diarrhea resolve.

What do you mean by going to toilet? Is it increase frequency of stool or diarrhea or?

What is your age? Are you particularly overly stressed or anxious person?

Any food that causes these symptoms that you experience?

Is abdominal pain all over of just a particular side? Perhaps crampy instead?

Are you sexually active? You have any medical conditions you know of?

Firstly, you have to be sure that it is yeast infection and not another organism. Secondly, make sure you do not have underlying medical issue that is causing persistent yeast infection.

If none of aforementioned apply to you then: miconazol.e vaginal cream or suppository will do.

Miconazol.e suppository comes in 100, 200 and 1200 mg. If you do 100 mg, then apply every day for 7 days. If you do 1200mg, then apply daily for 1 day. If you do 200mg, apply once daily for 3 days.

It also comes in 2 and 4% cream.

I am 21. my work is kinda stressful and yes am anxious.
no food in particular. I used to think rice causes it before. but now even when I don't eat rice.
the abdominal pain is all over.
yes I am sexually active and I don't have any medical conditions I know of.
