Biafra doesn't even have observer status at the general assembly like the Palestinians and they are even talking about a referendum. Which country on this planet will even introduce a motion in the security council or general assembly proposing a referendum be held in the territory of a sovereign state leading to its breakup? Whether the zoo supports an Igbo presidency is not the issue, the issue is you voting in 2019 if an Ibo man is selected for VP role.
