desmont004:

DAILY POST recalls that the Senate at its sitting on Thursday 10th March, 2016 debated on the general principles of the Nigerian Peace Corps Bill, 2016 (SB.173) sponsored by Senator Ali Ndume (Borno South); and the National Unity and Peace Corps Bill, 2016 (SB.183) sponsored by Senator Binta Garba Masi (Adamawa North); and referred to one of its committee for further legislative action

And they tagged him Boko Haram Senator!

Good news to those that applied earlier and have been training and spending their hard earned dough! Your patience and endurance have really paid you!
They paid for the training kits, not for the job. Let me tell you how it is going to be: senators, representatives, ministers and all that will get their slots while some high ranking officers too will get slots. It is either one of these people decides to give you his slot based on your connection with him or you're lucky enough to see one of them who is willing to sell to you.

Your brother has gone for training for a corp which the President has not sign the bill into law. The corp is not legally established until President sign the bill to law. It is then that a commandant will be appointed and all structure put on ground before advertisement for employment to the Corp. Those who are employed will then go for training. Many Nigerians have been duped in the name of this corp. Your brother may likely be one of them.

Dont mind the coconut-headed dunces we have as "SINators" and "RepresentaTHIEVES". Instead of them to focus on more productive bills that will move the nation forward, they are approving Peace Corps. What happened to NPF, NSCDC, JTF, WAIC, etc?

What is the function of Civil Defence?

Is it just to provide job?
Foolish government.
Instead Creating environment to control crime, deter people from criminal tendencies
