If you need someone from North Governor Abubakar of Jigawa is definitely my choice. He was a multi millionaire long before becoming Governor. He does not sound his own trumpet but that guy is doing so much for his people that of all the people in North Jigawa are the only ones content and making progress. He talks less and work more.
