Ingredients

Pork joint
2 bottles of ginger ale
One sliced apple
Brown sugar
Apricot jam
Mustard

Place your meat joint, sliced apples and ginger ale in a large pan and boil for about 1 hour.

After 30 minutes turn over .

When it's done. Take out put on a baking pan scour the skin..

Mix the sugar, apricot and mustard mixture rub it all over the ham.

Wrap in foil and place in oven for 30 minutes
