Hey Mr. Dullard...the rank he wore explained itself...DSP or 3star. Mind u, I was comparing the age of the said DPO whom was quoted by the op first before he modified it as been in his early 40s with that of Governor Wike's CSO a DSP/3 star who is 36 years of age

Seldom will you find a Nigerian policeman with endearing love to get thoroughly educated as DPO Amah Daniel. Apart from graduating with honours in Bsc.Sociology from the Bayero University, Kano, DPO Daniel moved further to get a Distinction in Crime Management Prevention and Control at the Masters level from the same university. He didn't stop there as he moved to Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria to get another Masters degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy; and more intriguingly, he's currently enrolled for another Masters degree in Public Policy and Administration from ABU. This is why his refinement isn't farfetched.
