The Independent National Electoral Commission on Wednesday held a stakeholders meeting in Port Harcourt ahead of the Rivers State rerun. The meeting was attended by Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) Eld. Aniedi Ikoiwak, political parties and other stake holder of INEC. Eld lkoiwak in his opening remarks said the RAC centres will be activated at the eve of the elections. He also noted that the Commission had taken stock of the quantities of non-sensitive materials available for the re-run election & had distributed to Local Government Areas. INEC, Rivers State signed Memorandum of understanding with Political Parties/Candidates at the State and Local Government Area levels. http://nghubs.com/inec-holds-stakeholders-meeting-in-rivers/
