Up till this time no electoral material have arrived ward 15, and there is no sign of electoral official showing up in ward 15. Inec should ensure this election is conducted in a credible and transparent manner and with absolute tranquility. |

Can people living around the polling centres zoom camera steadily on the centre (from start to finish)to capture the number of people that voted. This can help to counter the inflation of number of voters and rigging. If such evidence is posted online at every election the story of rigging will reduce. |
