The honorable member representing the good people of Okigwe North (Okigwe/Onuimo/Isiala Mbano) federal constituency in the green chamber of the National Assembly (House of Representatives), Hon. Engr. Obinna Kingsley Onwubuariri today Saturday 10th, December 2016 rolled out the first phase of his Women and Youth Empowerment & Skill Acquisition Programme among his constituents.

Hon Onwubuariri, who was elected under the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in 2015, recently briefed his constituents on his legislative activities, including the Motions, Bills, Oversight function and others official functions expected of him but will today took the the most critical aspects of social warfare and responsibilities.

Engr. Onwubuariri earned the political spotlight when in 2015 general election, he bestrides Okigwe North like a colossus, winning seasoned politicians with enough war chest to represent his people at young age, making him one of the youngest legislator in Nigerian National Assembly.

The easy going gentleman today gave account of his stewardship with the empowerment programme held at Central School Amaraku, Amaraku, in Isiala Mbano LGA, Imo State. Lots of gift items were given to lucky beneficiaries.
