Must you shout before you make your point

As you can see he's talking like a professional

Breath gently and apologize to him

You're.joking, right? He talks like a "professional"?? The man just posted a bunch of bunkum, yet you just swallowed it hook line and sinker. No wonder you folks are called ZOMBIES.

The nation's economy is largely import dependent, yet with the non availability of much needed FX thanks to the utter USELESS policies of this incompetent administration, the whole economy has stagnated. The manufacturing sector now imports much needed materials and machineries at ridiculously high rate no thanks to the ever increasing value of the dollar against the weaker naira whose value continues to drop towards toilet tissue level. Same issue with every other commodity Nigerians are dependent. No thanks to this, plus other "goodies" from the useless administration from high cost in power supplied (coupled with power cuts), security issues across the nation from kidnapping to terrorism, high transport costs due to increase in fuel prices plus shortages, increased taxation, and so much more, the cost of operating any business in Nigeria is now atrociously high. Result? Small and medium businesses, businesses important for any nation's prosperity, are packing up with the survivors on the verge of collapsing. Major businesses have basically packed out of the countries with investors taking much needed investment to other countries as the RoI is no longer assured. Millions have lost their jobs with others making do with stagnated or slashed salaries. And more jobs are at risk. Oh, did I mention that businesses have equally transfered their high production costs to end consumers, most still survive on paltry salaries?

That is the Nigeria that silly and incompetent t.w.a.t called Buhari, along with fellow incompetent airheads in his cabinet, have created. Honestly, I can't wait for 2019 to come soon.

High prices translate to higher profits higher profits translate to more investment more investment translate to more jobs and more competition... More competition translate to drop in price... But this process don't take less than 5 years

U want ur government to allow u flood the market with cheap foreign products yet u want him to create employment.... Really??

This just basic economics... If we don't do it today our children will do it tomorrow... Lets fave it once and for all

Where did you get your theory of higher prices leading to higher profit from? What if a rise in price is as a result of increased cost of production/unfavourable business environment?

Who told you there'll be increased competition in approximately 5yrs from now ?

There's a sharp decrease in disposable income because tax is increasing rapidly. Cost of goods and services are also skyrocketing causing an alarming decrease in savings hence low investment........add the rest yourself cos Nigeria matter dey always give me headache.

You're obviously a secondary school class economist if you're of the opinion that inflation attracts investment.
