Omawumi Beatrice Udoh Dies In London by nghubs1(m): 8:37am On Dec 15, 2016
Hon. Omawumi Beatrice Udoh, a member of the House of Assembly representing Warri South Constituency is dead.

Her death was confirmed by the speaker of the Delta state house of Assembly in a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, Mr. Henry Ovie Ebireri.

He described the death of the Lawmaker as a rude shock

He said

“She was a dogged fighter who has the interest of her constituents at heart. The Assembly would greatly miss her.

“I wish to convey to you the deepest condolence of the Delta State House of Assembly. It is really hard to believe. It is just so sad. Hon. Omawumi distinguished herself as a member of the Delta State House of Assembly. Her death is a great loss to the state. She built a bridge of hope and unity among her people. She played politics of development. She was dependable in every facet of her life”, the Speaker stated.

Hon Udoh died of cancer related ailment in a London hospital.

BTW.... May any corrupt politician who have used our national funds mapped out for defence, building of hospitals, education, electricity and infrastructural development as well as payment of salary to enrich himself, his family and close allies die in a foreign land on his/her way to spend the loot in terms of his medicals or enjoyment. May they not survive it to come back to Nigeria in one piece. May the hospitals they run to abroad fail them since they refused to give us and Nigerians in general a hospital as good or better than the ones they are rushing to go to for treatment even with our resources.
